"Training alone increased productivity by 22.4%
while training plus coaching increased productivity
by 88%"
The International Personnel Management Association

"Coaching is not new, but
it is changing shape and growing fast. Two or three years ago it was mainly a remedial business, a helping hand for the manager who was not quite making it. Now it is something the high-flyer cannot afford to be without."

What is Bravo Lima's Executive Coaching?
Coaching is taken for granted in the world of sport
where individuals and teams have a coach to provide motivation, enhance skills and refine performance. Coaching aims to bring out the best in an individual
and enable the team to work better as a whole.

The same can be said of business, non-profit organisations and their leaders. It is the corporate equivalent of swimming those extra laps or helping you make those crucial adjustments to your golf swing.

Benjamin Leon, the Founder of Bravo Lima, couples his background in Psychology with his extensive leadership experience in the start-up, SME, Blue Chip and Not-for-Profit sectors. He is therefore able to offer clients a unique coaching programme combining all his knowledge and experience.

He first started personal development work in 1997 through The Life Training, he holds a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a Protégé Member of the Coaching Academy the UK’s largest Coaching training organisation. He holds Executive, Non Executive, and Advisory Board positions on a number of companies
and charities.

Executive Coaching benefits the individual in many ways, including:
