The Founder of Bravo Lima LLP is Benjamin Leon,
an Executive Coach with over 15 years track record of successful
leadership in the Blue Chip, SME, Start-up,
and Not-for-Profit sectors. His background in
Psychology, coupled with his extensive cross-sector experience gives
him a unique insight into the challenges of leadership and management
in today’s fast changing
world. His years of mentoring, personal development and coaching
experience have brought him to work successfully with a variety of
clients in the UK
and internationally to achieve both business and individual success and
balance. He serves as an Executive, Non Executive and Advisory Board
member on a number of companies and charities.
Benjamin is a Licensed Practitioner of The PEOPLE Model ™, a
powerful business coaching model, a Protégé of The Coaching Academy,
the leading coaching organisation in Europe,
and started personal development work in 1997 through The Life Training
(Kairos Foundation). He holds a Diploma in Neuro
Linguistic Programming accredited by INLPTA (the International NLP
Trainers Association). He graduated with Joint Honours BSc in
Psychology and Zoology from Bristol
University, and earned a
Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations from the London
School or Public Relations and
a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
Benjamin’s leadership
experience in demanding situations include; CEO of a UK Top 100 charity
with
90 staff, achieving £15m income; as COO launching
a start-up Executive Jet Charter venture generating
over €1.5m income within the
first year; leading a
culture change programme for 2700 staff together
with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the merger of
two French airlines; leading the Global e-ticket roll-out for British
Airways saving the airline £35m in two years;
co-Founder of Drivelectric an Electric
Vehicle specialist company.
